About the Project

I served as Principal Software Engineer for HIA Studio's backend architecture, taking over from the original development team and leading the system for 7 years. This enterprise platform enables healthcare providers to create, manage, and deploy interactive patient education presentations with AI-powered Q&A capabilities. I architected the multi-tenant system serving 190+ client organizations including WebMD, managing comprehensive content workflows, user authentication, and analytics. The platform handles everything from presentation authoring to AI topic management, with robust security frameworks ensuring HIPAA compliance throughout.
